Alright -- question friends....
I am doing some research on brewing beer. Chad and I have done it a few times but really would like to know public opinion on a few things. If you could have any kind of beer you wanted (even ones you've made up in your head), what kind would it be? In the last few years, I've really noticed the microbreweries making a huge statement with their outlandish flavored beer. One company that has made quite the name for itself is the Rogue Ales and one of their famous, "Voodoo Ale, Chocolate, Banana and Peanut butter beer."
JAW drops, and you say "WHAT?"
I've tasted that particular beer, and it's alright. I probably wouldn't drink more than one. Its not sweet, just has subtle hint's of the showcase ingredients.
SO friends.....if you could throw it in a bottle and call it beer, what flavors would you make?
I think for me, it would be interesting to create a Maple Porter. Sounds delicious.....but maybe that's just me?
